Working in Oil & Gas

Air Transportation (NOC 2271, 7231, 7315)

The upstream petroleum industry exists in remote locations and covers extensive geographic distances. As a result, both onshore and offshore air transportation (for example, to transport crews and cargo to remote rigs) is critical. Patrol aircraft (both fixed wing and helicopter), are used regularly to inspect pipeline right-of-ways in order to spot leaks from the air.
